At Old Havana’s Core

The apartment 505 at Casa Rolando is located at 314 Aguila street between Neptuno and Concordia. The dwelling is on the 5th floor of a well preserved nine-storey building. There are two new elevators in a perfect state.

The dwelling faces the fairly quiet Aguila street. There are two large bedrooms with a double and a single beds and a bathroom. There are a nice living room and a dining room with a T.V set, DVD and USB. There is also a comfortable enough kitchen, there is a lovely terrace with a view to the Havana Center and our fabulous sea, people get fascinated by the Sevilla hotel, Capitol and Parque Central hotel as well as the majestic Plaza hotel or the Floridita restaurant, famous by its Daiquiri. Walking just four blocks at the end of Neptuno street turning to the right you will be in front of the Inglaterra hotel and there is the Café Francés (French Coffee). Sitting there across from the central park we have the Manzana hotel, Fine Arts museum, these places invite you to have a sightseeing through Old Havana with its fantastic buildings, museums and authentic Cuban culture. Turning to the left, you will get The Prado Promenade which undoubtedly makes everyone feel fascinating, and it pushes to the Havana Malecon, a suitable place to relax and breathe much clean air, lots of people run over there, they consider it a perfect way to work out. Galiano street is parallel to Aguila, on that street the Cubans have La Casa de la Música de Centro Habana (House of Music) where young and elder people dance and enjoy the live music with the most popular bands and orchestras. Casa Rolando is absolutely safe, bright, fresh and independent.

If you decided to book and stay at Casa Rolando you have to pay 40.00 cuc per day up to two persons one room or 60.00 cuc up to four persons two rooms.

The breakfast is not included in the rent. It is 5.00 cuc per person and it includes:
